Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all subscription plans and services offered by MetalCut Pro LLC through our website and application. By subscribing to our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Subscription Billing

MetalCut Pro operates on a monthly subscription model. Your subscription is billed automatically on the same date each month. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Free Trials

MetalCut Pro offers two free trial tiers, both available without a credit card:

• Standard Trial — Available to all new signups. Includes up to 5 PDF generations within a 7-day period (whichever limit is reached first). Full module access during the trial.
• Manufacturer Trial — Available to qualifying metal building and carport manufacturers upon request and verification. Includes 30 days of full access with unlimited PDF generations. To request consideration, contact us through the form on our website. Eligibility is determined at our sole discretion.

If you do not subscribe before your trial ends, your access will be paused — you will not be charged. Promo codes and trial activation links are single-use and non-transferable.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:

• Your access continues until the end of the current billing period
• You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
• No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period

Refund Eligibility

First Billing Refund Window. Within 7 days of your first paid charge, you may contact us for a full refund of that charge — no questions asked. This window is offered because we want you to have one final opportunity to evaluate the service after your free trial converts to a paid subscription.

Beyond the 7-day first-billing window, refunds are limited to the following situations:

• Duplicate charges — if you were charged more than once for the same billing period
• Post-cancellation charges — if you were charged after successfully canceling your subscription
• Extended service outage — if the application was unavailable for a significant period during your billing cycle due to issues on our end

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at the email address below with the following information:

• Your account email address
• The date of the charge in question
• The reason for your refund request

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds (outside of the 7-day first-billing window or the limited situations described in Section 04):

• Completed billing periods where the service was available and accessible
• Partial months of unused service after cancellation

All output generated by MetalCut Pro is a planning aid and must be verified by the user before use, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.

Changes to Pricing

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. If we increase prices, we will notify existing subscribers at least 30 days before the new pricing takes effect. You may cancel before the new pricing applies to avoid being charged at the higher rate.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
