This Refund Policy applies to all subscription plans and services offered by MetalCut Pro LLC through our website and application. By subscribing to our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Subscription Billing

MetalCut Pro operates on a monthly subscription model. Your subscription is billed automatically on the same date each month. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Free Trial

New users may be eligible for a free trial period with full access to all modules. No credit card is required to start a free trial. If you do not subscribe before the trial ends, your access will be paused — you will not be charged.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:

• Your access continues until the end of the current billing period
• You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
• No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period

Refund Eligibility

Because MetalCut Pro is a digital software service that provides immediate access upon subscription, all sales are generally final. However, we may consider refund requests in the following situations:

• Duplicate charges — if you were charged more than once for the same billing period
• Billing error — if you were charged after successfully canceling your subscription
• Extended service outage — if the application was unavailable for a significant period during your billing cycle due to issues on our end

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at the email address below with the following information:

• Your account email address
• The date of the charge in question
• The reason for your refund request

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Completed billing periods where the service was available and accessible
• Partial months of unused service after cancellation
• Dissatisfaction with cut list results — all generated data is a planning tool and must be verified by the user as outlined in our Terms & Conditions

Changes to Pricing

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. If we increase prices, we will notify existing subscribers at least 30 days before the new pricing takes effect. You may cancel before the new pricing applies to avoid being charged at the higher rate.
