• Public company information (Manufacturer Trial only) — for accounts activated through our Manufacturer Trial program, we may pre-populate account settings (such as panel system, frame specifications, and color preferences) based on publicly available information about your company, including your website, public catalogs, and industry directories. This is solely to improve your initial experience. You can modify all settings at any time.
• Promo code usage — when you activate an account using a promo code or invitation link, we record which code was used to enable account-specific trial parameters and to measure program performance. This information is internal and not shared externally.

We do not collect payment card details (these are handled by our payment processor) or any sensitive personal information beyond what you voluntarily provide through account registration, support requests, or Manufacturer Trial requests.

How We Use Your Information
